Hi, I’m Sally

 I teach Tai Chi Shibashi, meditation and sound practices based in Solihull, West Midlands. 

My sessions are designed to help you feel more at ease and stronger in both your body and mind. There is no single way this has to look. It might be through movement, like Tai Chi. It might be through stillness, sitting quietly with yourself. Or it might be through the resonance of sound.

During my classes, I like to let go of rigid rules and instead blend different styles together, creating something that feels natural, supportive, and adaptable to each person.

My work isn’t about trends, performance, or image; it’s about tools that truly help and make a real difference, and I welcome anyone who wants to explore that with me — just as they are
 


 

Tai Chi

A gentle, flowing form of movement often described as meditation in motion. T’ai Chi Qi Gong helps you connect mind and body through slow, intentional movement, improving balance, strength, and coordination while calming the nervous system. Its suitable for any ability and any age.


 

Meditation

This is at the center of what I teach. Learning how to pause, breathe and slow things down. With regular practice, you start to feel calmer and steady, in every area of life.

 

 


 

Sound

An effortless way to drop into stillness. Using gong and sound, the body softens and the mind settles, allowing you to experience meditation without needing to “do” anything. A space to rest deeply and reset.
